Your clinic's name on every message, not the software's
When a reminder reaches your patient, whose name does he see? In Six Figures, it is always your clinic's.
Your patient hears from your clinic many times: the appointment confirmation, the reminder, the birthday wish, the prescription, the instructions after treatment, a note about the balance. Often your message is the first thing he reads in the morning. Each message is a small meeting with your clinic. Each one should feel as if it came from you, because it did.
In his 2016 practice-management lecture, Dr Kedar asked his students one simple question about these messages, and it is still the right question today. If they come from your clinic but carry another name, whose brand is the patient seeing? Many clinics never notice this. Messages go out every day, and the name on them is not the clinic's.
When messages are coming from my clinic… whose branding? My branding… I want my branding. — Dr Kedar Bakshi
A rule, not a setting
That question became a rule in Six Figures. Every WhatsApp message goes out in your clinic's name and in your words. Your prescription prints on your own pad. The visit capsule opens as your clinic's page. The software's name does not stand between you and your patient. You write each message once, in English, Hindi or Marathi, and every reminder and wish after that uses your words.
Small touches add up. The morning WhatsApp list puts the reminder and the birthday wish together, so the patient gets one warm message instead of three. Your case studies and PDFs carry your clinic's name and number, and your logo goes on every print, from the receipt to the invoice. Over months, the patient remembers one name: yours. And when a friend asks him for a dentist, that is the name he gives.
