The visit capsule: the patient takes your clinic home
After the visit, one private WhatsApp link: his photos, your words, his plan. He can open it anywhere.
A patient leaves the chair with a lot in his head: what was done today, what comes next, what the doctor said about care at home. By evening, much of it is gone. His family asks questions he cannot answer, and your careful explanation reaches them in pieces.
In 2016, Dr Kedar told his students what he wanted to give every patient instead: a link of his own. His clinic had clear and clean transparency policies, and this link was part of them. He said it in his course, in plain words.
Immediately, I am going to give you a link. So my link will be there with you. You just need internet connection. You go anywhere in the world. All your data will be with you. You can show it to anyone… patient feels so good. What a transparency. — Dr Kedar Bakshi
What the visit capsule holds
In Six Figures, that link is the visit capsule. After the visit, you send the patient his own private page as one WhatsApp link. Today's photos are already picked, and you choose how many go on each slide. You add slide messages: your own words, written once and added with a tap, about what was done and what comes next. The chart and the treatment plan can go on it too, so he sees each step in order, with the time it will take.
At home, he opens it and shows his family exactly what you showed him. Nothing is lost in the retelling. The page carries your clinic's name, not the software's. For you, it is the most natural word of mouth there is. The patient does not have to describe your clinic. He simply shows it.
